Someone rightly said that, “you should be writing with a purpose, and not writing something for the sake of writing it”. As a sequel of its awareness campaign, this Bureau organizes Essay Writing Competition on corruption and anti-corruption theme, for the students of different levels (Primary/ Secondary/ College/ University) to take advantage of the influence over the masses of this very important segment of society.
NAB Lahore organizes an essay writing competition every year for both English and Urdu mediums of the following categories:
- Primary Level (Grades 1 to 5)
- Secondary Level (Grades 6 to 10)
- College/ University (First year onwards)
Topics related to anti-corruption are provided to the students on which they have to write an essay. Time limit and words limit is also defined for each level. Judges are nominated by institutions to mark these essays on the basis of which positions are decided.
Registration
The registration for these contests starts in October each year. The nominations of students are called through respective EDOs of the region. In addition to this, private sector Institutions and Universities are also invited to nominate their best students for contests in each category. Moreover, any student interested in the contest can send his/her nomination through his/her institution as per given format.
